The controls FanDrill has committed to across identity, geolocation, payments, and oversight. Policy statements below are placeholders to be finalized with legal.

Identity & Age Verification

Every user completes identity and age verification before real-money play. Baseline eligibility is 18+, with a 19+ minimum in Alabama and other jurisdictions where required.

Geolocation

Device-level geolocation confirms that each participant is physically located within an eligible jurisdiction at the time of contest entry, blocking play from restricted locations.

KYC / AML & Payment Security

Know-Your-Customer and Anti-Money-Laundering programs, transaction monitoring, and encrypted, tokenized payment processing protect users and partners alike.

Funds Segregation

User funds are held separately from operating capital, so player balances are protected and available independent of company operations.

Independent Annual Audit

Contest integrity, fund handling, and controls are reviewed by an independent third party on an annual basis, with findings available to regulators.

Licensing & Registration Status

FanDrill is completing state registration jurisdiction by jurisdiction. Alabama is a registered Fantasy Contest Operator; additional states are pending. (Placeholder — final registration numbers to be supplied by legal.)
